South Bay Conference
The South Bay Harbor-UCLA Conference was founded in 1963 by Dr. Frank Hirose, Department of Pathology, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Contributions were from colleagues primarily in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Since then, as our alumni are practicing in the entire greater Los Angeles area, contributions have expended beyond the South Bay area. The conference held monthly at the evening of the 1st or 2nd Wednesday of the month from October to May. Currently, the Conference is coordinated by Shi-Kaung Peng MD, PhD, Director of Surgical Pathology , Harbor-UCLA Medical Center (skpeng@ucla.edu)
